1.2 These Terms apply to all players registered on ninogames, regardless of whether they have made a financial deposit. Use of the free-play or demo features of the platform also constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 ninogames reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ninogames following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2.1 To register and use ninogames, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
2.2 ninogames employs identity verification (KYC) procedures and may request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, or Philippine passport) and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.1 Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) ninogames account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. ninogames reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ninogames will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify ninogames immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. You can reach our support team via the live chat function on the ninogames platform.
3.4 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. ninogames reserves the right to verify any information at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
3.5 ninogames accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any associated balance to any other person.
4.1 All deposits and account balances on ninogames are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ninogames accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed at the point of deposit initiation.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ninogames does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ninogames accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your ninogames balance within minutes of authorization. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
4.4 You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name and that correspond to your verified ninogames account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of the deposited amount.
4.5 ninogames reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification for deposits that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) screening protocols under applicable Philippine law.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed the ninogames KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal access is not activated until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. ninogames reserves the right to process withdrawals via any accepted payment method at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
5.3 For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. ninogames does not control bank-side processing times.
5.4 ninogames may delay or withhold a withdrawal in circumstances including, but not limited to: pending KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraud, incomplete wagering requirements on bonused funds, or as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
6.1 ninogames offers promotional bonuses, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates — are published alongside the promotional offer. Those terms form part of these Terms when you claim the offer.
6.2 ninogames reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or loyalty program at any time and without prior notice, except that modifications will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
6.3 Players may only claim each welcome bonus or new player promotion once. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses on duplicate accounts, or through the use of multiple identities, constitute a violation of these Terms.
6.4 Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.5 ninogames' loyalty tier program — comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers — awards points based on real-money wagers placed on the platform. Points accumulation rates, tier advancement thresholds, tier benefits, and points expiry are governed by the loyalty program terms published on the ninogames platform.
7.1 All games available on ninogames are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface, in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to matters of game mechanics and payouts, while these Terms govern all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.
7.2 You acknowledge that all outcomes in slot games and virtual games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in certified studios. ninogames does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ninogames will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round accordingly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected bet amount may be refunded to the player's account at ninogames' discretion.
7.4 Bets once confirmed and accepted by the ninogames system are final and cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded except as provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ninogames. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ninogames solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ninogames content without the prior written consent of ninogames. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ninogames, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
11.2 ninogames' total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to ninogames in the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ninogames does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices.
12.1 ninogames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory direction.
12.2 You may close your ninogames account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable processing times and identity verification requirements.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ninogames may, at its discretion, forfeit the entire account balance — including deposits, pending withdrawals, and accumulated winnings — particularly in cases involving fraud, collusion, money laundering, or exploitation of system errors.
13.1 ninogames collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the ninogames Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 ninogames processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
13.3 Your personal data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR, financial intelligence units, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or regulation. ninogames will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
14.1 ninogames reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, ninogames will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of ninogames after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using ninogames and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ninogames that cannot be resolved through ninogames' internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.3 For gaming-related disputes (such as disputed game outcomes or bonus calculations), ninogames' internal review process must first be fully exhausted before any external dispute mechanism is pursued. ninogames will respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
